A collective immersion in the service of performance and team spiri t: A unique experience at IDEC SPORT
Three days to embody the 2025 dynamic and prepare for the 2030 milestone : that was the challenge taken on by the PENTA teams during an exceptional seminar at the heart of the iconic racing team. The IDEC SPORT Club welcomed around forty employees for a full immersion behind the scenes of high-level motorsport. A moment outside the usual professional setting, focused on performance, commitment and teamwork.
A deep dive behind the scenes of competition
From the moment they arrived, participants were immersed in the world of IDEC SPORT: a tour of the technical workshops, discovery of the driving simulator, meetings with team members, and an explanation of how a top-level endurance racing team operates. Through these passionate exchanges, employees gained insight into the demands of performance, precision, and coordination that drive the world of racing. Values that strongly resonate with those upheld daily in their engineering and construction projects.
From the very first moments, the employees of the B.U and the NOVARC Group were immersed in an environment where operational excellence is not optional. It was a great opportunity for the new B.U Director, Grégoire Croullet, to reaffirm the fundamentals of the NOVARC-PENTA Group : the importance of team spirit, coordination, methodology, and the client-product dynamic.
Around forty employees from the Safety Business Unit gathered in this inspiring setting, ideal for sharing experiences.
Immersive activities to strengthen bonds
The experience went far beyond observation. Teams actively participated in immersive activities combining adrenaline and camaraderie: driving Caterhams on the racetrack, team challenges… The goal : to step out of one’s comfort zone, face new situations and tap into collective intelligence in an unfamiliar environment.
These highlights revealed talents, forged new connections among colleagues and fostered a group dynamic based on trust and mutual support.
An exceptional setting for an extraordinary seminar
Beyond the sporting aspect, the seminar was punctuated by moments of relaxation in carefully chosen locations with unique character. Wine tastings, gourmet meals, informal discussions and collaborative workshops enriched the experience, helping to strengthen the company culture and foster a lasting spirit of cohesion.
This seminar at the IDEC SPORT Club was an opportunity to take stock of the positive progress made (new product lines, new talent, technological advancements, CSR projects etc) and to reaffirm the core pillars of their commitments.
